I had a fantastic stay at this hostel in Delhi for 6 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Idris who went above and beyond to assist us. The hostel organized amazing trips to Agra, Jaipur, and local attractions, providing a memorable experience. The facilities were clean and safe, and the location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food delivery service and reliable wifi were a bonus. I would highly recommend staying at Backpacker Heaven whenever in Delhi.

We had a fantastic stay at the backpacker heaven! The room was clean and spacious with a unique round bed. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Abdul, the concierge, helped us plan a customized tour of Rajasthan at a great price. His knowledge and contacts made our trip stress-free. The hotel also had a nice seating area and a small rooftop where we enjoyed a fun New Year's Eve party. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Delhi.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the bustling area of Paharganj, centrally located in Delhi. The value for money is fantastic, especially considering the prices in the area. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always ensuring a comfortable stay. I loved the attention to detail, with rooms equipped with books and board games for entertainment. The basic amenities provided, such as the fan per bed and the availability of a bathroom are much appreciated. Additionally, having a sofa in the room adds an extra touch of comfort. The breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.
The cleanliness could be improved, but overall, everything was okay.

Spent my xmas holiday at a hostel in Delhi and it was a great experience. the location was perfect as it had easy access to public transport and was surrounded by local shops and restaurants. the hostel had a nice atmosphere and the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided a free breakfast which was a nice touch, and the dorm beds were comfortable.
The hostel lacked cleanliness in the bathrooms, which made the experience less enjoyable. the hot water was unreliable, making it difficult to shower.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the helpful staff, prime location in the heart of the city, and clean facilities. The hotel is close to the main bazaar and metro station, which made transportation convenient. The breakfast was good enough and the staff made us feel at home.
Nothing for us in terms of worst aspects. it was a pleasant stay in this city.

The hotel was conveniently located near several tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The complementary breakfast was decent and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi. The view from the rooftop was also quite lovely.
Our romantic getaway was ruined by several factors. The room was small and lacked proper ventilation, leading to discomfort and poor sleep.
